Vote for real Texas leadership
Stanley Kitzman has spent his entire life as a resident of Waller County.
Growing up, climbing trees, playing in the neighbors' back yards, hunting
and fishing, and going to church on Sunday mornings. And, he learned the
lessons and values from his parents and his neighbors about what makes
our community, our county, and our state and nation strong.
Stan walked door to door with his Dad to help get him elected - one of the
first Republican Judges in our part of Texas.
The years went by and the toe-headed country boy grew into a man.
He went to Texas A & M, Class of '88 and he went on to a calling that he loved,
becoming a high school teacher of government and economics, and the loving
father to two daughters.
When his nation needed him, Stan answered the call, serving four tours of duty
since 9-11, three in Iraq. He learned first hand that our values and freedoms must
always be defended and that sometimes defending them comes with a heavy
price. Stan is defending those values today in Iraq on his last tour of duty before he
ends his military service and comes back home to live and work in Waller County.
Stan also learned the role of leadership. Whether leading his class of high
school seniors in the pledge of allegiance or leading his men into combat to
defend our nation. Stan Kitzman knows that with leadership comes responsibility.
Education, experience and the lessons of a life well lived have prepared
Stan Kitzman for his next role - that of being your next Waller County
Commissioner. It's time for Stan Kitzman to step up once again, to serve
his fellow citizens and be a leader.
